[Open-graphics] H/V sync phase question

Hello,

  does anybody know what is the correct phase between hsync and vsync
signal, or that does not matter because the two axes are running
independently ? (at least in CRT)

Btw, big thanks to Timothy & others for the Verilog course and the
opengraphics wiki - I've made this simple circuit using the information
from the wiki in 2 hours - http://diary.rozsnyo.com/2006/08/07/syncgen/
(never coded verilog before;)

Now I want to make it 2D (H/V) and generate a test patter on LCD. The
final "product" will be a simple display tester - accepting any
progressive modeline. Maybe I put there one more register to specify the
H to V phase.
