[Open-graphics] time to accelerate some ?

Some serious law suits are going to erupt over encrypted content. 
Maybe not soon, but soon enough.  As long as open source is
"discriminated against" where we can't do their descryption, and as
open source becomes more popular, people are going to get angrier.
