[Open-graphics] ANNOUNCEMENT: Traversal to release OGD1 PCB schematic for public review

	PDF should be among the file formats used to publish the schematics
for comment.  It's viewable on just about anything.  Less common formats
might be used in addition, if convenient for the authors.
