The FPGA Video card is more than a test bed for OGP. It's a PCI card with FPGA 
and DVI connection with a futur good software support. As such you could sell 
it like an expensive video card 600/900$ ?

That could interrest a lot of people studying graphical architecture, 
university, because graphical things are always more attractive (most of the 
time 3 leds are enought) and hobbist. if you have chance, you could hit the 
"demo scene" as said in french:) It's the guy who program usualy a PC to make 
graphic effect in real time.
