I have just written them about this to seek their advice.
Regarding the form, what kind of A/V equiment do you think we'll need?
I suspect we could do the entire presentation using Impress. I could
get another drive for my laptop and install Ubuntu for that purpose,
so we'd just need a digital projector.
You guys who have been doing a spectacular job with the graphics for
this stuff could really out-do yourselves by helping me to make a
beautiful presentation here! :)
