Hey!  I'm as clueless as the next guy!  :-)

Approximately.  I'm targeting the OGC chip, as it will be less expensive
and less power hungry than the OGD.

I'm working on a better description/explaination of this x-video-server,
with preliminary requirements/goals/desires and of course, some drawings.
