[Open-graphics] Wide screen formats :-\

More interesting things from a little research.

The HDTV formats are:

	1280 x 720
	1920 x 1080

but that doesn't mean that all flat panel TVs use only those.

There is a common monitor format called WXGA which is:

	1366 x 768

which is within a fraction of a pixel of being 16:9
-- actually 16:8.9956

Some TVs also use this format (e.g. Sharp).

And then there are wide screen computer monitors that aren't quite wide
enough tor HTDV's 16:9.

Specifically, there is:

	1280 x 768

which I suppose makes some sense.

And then there are a lot of other formats. This article lists some:

http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/01/31/do_you_want_a_16_9_lcd_monitor_now/

So, we are going to have to contend with a lot of odd ball formats.
This is mostly a software issue as long as the hardware can be
configured to handle them.
