[Open-graphics] running ISE6.3 on wine

Please add your testing date to the wine application database. No 
registration is required, though it seems a little slow tonight. They 
have just made quite a few security changes for the appdb code over the 
past couple of days so I guess they are working on it.

This may help us spot if a particular kernel or Distro has problems.
