I changed it to 880000, which is what the Kernel Traffic stylesheet
uses.  It also uses bold so I put that in too.

There were a few cases where I really had to fight the wiki to get the
formatting reasonably ok -- note the ~pp~ <something> ~/np~ I've used in
a few places.

And now for today's second espresso ;)
