The ability to say "use the style with the name XXXX for this piece of
text". The browser can then pick it out of the CSS file.
Russell, if I do anything, I'll send a patch to the TikiWiki guys which
I hope they'll take, and set it up myself as a testbed on vax64.dk -- it
just requires PHP and a database, right? It doesn't write to any files,
I hope.

The latter is probably easier, markup-wise. On the other hand, then I
couldn't have edited them so easily.

I had to fiddle with a bit more than that to make a best-effort of
handling indentations and bullet lists inside the quoted text.

I copied the text to gedit (the Gnome text editor), changed it, copied
it back, previewed it, changed it again, etc.
