[Open-graphics] OHF FAQ needs updating

Heh, yes it does.

I am behind on OHF business, including news and FAQ updates, due to an
unexpected family emergency that took two weeks out of my schedule.  I'm
almost caught back up, but I have to get the IRS paperwork reviewed first.
