I'm nit-picking here, but I'd replace this with GNU GPL, mainly
because GPL already includes the word license, but also because
there's apparently at least one other GPL that isn't the GNU GPL.

You may want to consider narrowing the scope of clause 9 down to a
pledge not to sue anyone in connection to their usage of the
contribution under either of the two licenses.  The way it is now (in
my interpretation), if someone contributes, and their contribution, or
any other part of the work, is covered by a patent they own, they lose
that patent in general, not just in relation to usage of this work,
and that seems a bit much.

Other than that, I don't see any obvious errors.
