yeah, but the 2700 has an Xscale coprocessor interface, which means  
it needs to have an Xscale
(or, I suppose, FPGA) to talk to.

If you find the datasheet for the 2700g, I would like to see it -  
intel appears to have removed it from their
site.

That was my point - we will (hopefully) be able to run faster than  
that, which means we can get higher
performance.

Yeah, one of those ARM/DSP hybrids (Atmel makes one) could easily do  
it. I am not sure of the
OpenGL performance, but that DSP has a few GFLOPS of performance.
