[Open-graphics] Image file for website

I've put together a graphical header that can be used at the top of the
website, where there's currently only the default TikiWiki logo (
http://wiki.opengraphics.org./img/tiki/tikilogo.png). The original .xcf file
and a scaled-down PNG are available here:

http://www.dmholt.com/OGP/

The settings to change the logo are under the Site Identity area in the TW
admin menu.

If you'd like to use it, I can provide the necessary permissions for OGP and
Traversal.
