Unfortunately there is not much.
I had to do something similar as a part of my master thesis.
I extracted the relevant part and put it online under

It is not an adder, but a similar structure (a k-selector
that can be described as a saturating adder). There are
some synthesis results at the end of the section too.
You might want to have a look at Reto Zimmermann's PhD
thesis "Binary Adder Architectures for Cell-based VLSI
and their Synthesis" (ETH Zürich, 1997) on which most
of that section from my thesis is based.
