[Open-graphics] SVN organization of new code ??

Ok, now that we have, I think, agreed to add these to the repository,
someone has to check it in.  Since I have the files, it should be me.
I just need to make sure someone else doesn't do it at the same time
and cause a conflict.  (This happened before.)
