When I first checked out the repository, I did it anonymously.  No
matter what I did, I could not commit.  I had to check one out,
specifying my user name and password.  Then I could commit.  I have no
idea what's going to happen in cases when someone uses TortoiseSVN or
RapidSVN that don't seem to provide a way to check out with a user
name.
