Intel can leverage it's proprietary graphics arm.  Does AMD's
acquisition of ATI predict some sort of integrated co-processor into
it's general processor?

Physical integration can mean efficiency... but does achieving
integration require 'corporate integration'?  I would laugh (and then
cry) if Nvidia sued AMD for anticompetitive practice.
