I object to the entry regarding the freeVGA documentation project copyright 
which states

# The documentation may not be <snip>[mirrored]<snip> unless specific 
permission is granted by the author.


Which is misleading. The actual webpage states that the documentation may not 
be distributed electronically IN PART. Which I believe is the important 
piece. The license states that the documentation may be distributed in its 
entirety. 
The statement above on the OGPN18 implies that it may not be distributed or 
mirrored at all.
