I figured there had to be some trick.  I went back and looked at some
previous versions, but didn't find anything.  Obviously, I didn't go
back far enough.

I must say that I have not been impressed with TikiWiki's handling of
formatting - it's rather awkward.  Of course, as it's open source, I'd
best not complain too loudly, or I'll have to provide a patch ;-).

Thanks for pointing this out - it will help for the next time around.
