[Open-graphics] Summer of Code

The obvious projects would be device drivers for various operating
systems, if the necessary docs are ready.

A 2nd project category would be FLOSS CAD tools.

A 3rd project category would be program OGD1's FPGA to do something
interesting/useful.  If that is considered "code".
