I don't understand the different phase.
- What is phase I ? It's not mention.
- Phase II look like the fpga stage. (the current card)
- OGA, phase IV, look like the ASIC version.
- So what is phase III ? a semi custom design based on FPGA array ?
(where only 2 metal layer are routed ?)
