Are you saying that there is ground bounce and crosstalk *inside*
the FPGA? Kinda hard to beef up the ground inside someone else's
chip. :-(
Is the ground bounce from a gazillion signals doing the same thing
at the same time? If so, is it possible to spread these transitions
out in time so that instead of getting one giant ground bounce you
get several small ground bounces?
