I looked that over, and I can't tell if you're architecting it the
same way as we are.  Some of what's in your diagram is stuff we're
doing in microcode in HQ.  Our approach is not ideal for what you want
to do, but it's not terrible either.  I just figured that we could
pretty much must do it all once, and we both use mostly the same
Verilog code.  In your case, the bridge is trivialized out, and the
PCI controller has to be made to work in a Xilinx chip (which is the
state it's in right now).

I just used what was open at the time.  There's no good FOSS diagram
editor, at least not one what does diagrams like what I want to do.
