Pick more than one, and then give some away when someone else comes
along.  All of you can put this stuff on your CVs, so it doesn't
matter so much what you do.  What does matter is that if it doesn't
get done, there's nothing to put on the CV.  :)

Yeah, we've debated that, and this settings seems to be the least unpopular.
