IIUC these could sample inputs up to 32.5 MHz.  You could perhaps do a
low end o'scope and spectrum analyzer.  Assuming someone has an
application where 32.5 MHz is enough.

With 5 inputs you could input RGBHV or YUV and build a scan converter.
