[Open-graphics] [urgent] Last minute opportunity for OGD1, perhaps video in?

The minimum we need is the ability to USE the chip, meaning that we
need docs that explain how you, the hardware hacker, are going to
control the chip.  We don't need a fully open spec, but we do need a
fully-open datasheet that tells us everything about how to control the
chip.

I am interested in knowing how the chip works inside, but that's not
strictly necessary for our purposes here.
