[Open-graphics] small job for a volunteer, fix our old home page links

Here is a easy job for a volunteer, one of you lurkers feel like helping out?

As a result of our previously sharing a wiki some pages still have a
link our old home page like this
((Open-Graphics|Back to Open Graphics))

It can be either changed to ((HomePage|Back to Open Graphics)) or
removed altogether..

These two pages need fixing

http://wiki.opengraphics.org/tiki-index.php?page=OpenGraphics+videocard+naming

you will need a log in name and then you are off on a fast camel. The
link is the very first thing on the page - you can't miss it.

Once that is done, I will delete the old page.
