[Open-graphics] Started documenting the VGA support

Well, it's still a work under progress, but I started out doing some
documentation of the road to VGA in the Wiki. I'm trying to go through the
mailing-lists and pulling forth the most important bits and pieces of
information I can find, but I still appreciate  all the feedback that you
would give me :)

The ample start can be found here, I'll continue write on it when I got the
time.
