What if I don't own a credit card (not an unusual thing outside of US)?

What are the plans for international orders in general?

And one more question: can I order some connectors (both IDC and Hirose) along with the card? Hunting the right connector types locally doesn't look like a fun thing to do, while Traversal can order a bunch of them and throw in the ordered amount of connectors without additional shipping costs. Personally, I wouldn't even mind a medium to high mark-up on the connectors, since it probably would be still cheaper than the separate shipping costs.
