[Open-graphics] OGD1 status update

Through PCI, I am able to talk to memory.  The initialization sequence
works, and when I read/write PCI, it gets all the way to the memory
controller.  Two bugs remain.  One is that write data is coming into
the RAMs always as xxx, and the other is that although reads are
happening in the RAMs and the memory controller, they're not making
their way back to the bridge.  That's for tomorrow.
