At the moment the price is €150 ex shipping, mostly because startup  
costs are high and with the little profit that's in there I can start  
setting up a company, etc. I'm afraid this sounds a little high for

I still believe that there's a possibility of joining the two  
projects, but it's probably wiser to just get something working first  
and see what we can share later. Partly because of architectural  
differences, partly because I personally believe we can do without an  
HQ. However, the moment other people have hardware as well to test  
and play around with, the second point becomes mostly moot.
