[Open-graphics] Copyright notices in oga1/ patch

Mostly update on copyrights. But also just enough code in the vid
department that I don't want to blindly add it to the SVN. The one piece
of change to the spi_wrapper.v made sense, so that have my +1. 

Could our Vid guy apply this patch?
