[Open-graphics] OHF - Call for Proposals

The Open hardware Foundation extends it's congratulations to the people who 
have succeeded in getting the OGD to it's current status. In conjunction with 
Traversal Technology, the OHF board would like to invite submissions from 
interested parties for substantial discounts on the retail prices of the OGD1 
card. The discounts to be in the form of discount codes to be applied at 
order time.

Submissions should be in the form of a proposal in one of the the areas of

VGA Engine
3D engine
X Drivers
VGA BIOS
Mesa Drivers
Linux Kernel Drivers (Framebuffer, DRI/DRI2)
Windows Drivers
Other Uses

Submissions do not have to be limited to one area, but there will be a maximum 
of one discount code per developer. Written submissions should be in OpenDoc 
or PDF format detailing the proposal, and relevant experience of the 
developer.

The decision of the board to award discount codes shall be final. All 
proposals and the work carried out shall be licensed with GPL or compatible 
license, and suitable for submission to the OGD source repository.
