The "contact us" page.  The main reason we prefer credit cards is that
we'll be able to verify the legitimacy of the purchase order.
Additionally, this produces paperwork that we need to get short-term
credit.  What form of payment would you like to use?  We have
discussed the idea of accepting a small deposit on pre-orders; should
we fail to get enough pre-orders, this would be refunded, of course.
