I improved wire transfer system would be much preferable
for this kind of things. After all (if I remember the statistic
correctly) 0.2 % of every transfer via credit card goes exclusively
to the support of fraudsters (i.e. that amount of money is already
planned in to "go lost" somewhere), not calculating in the risks
that the merchants carry.
