I am not sure that this is a bad thing - He/she does not even try and
raise expectations or target the kiddies, but rather says:  if you are
one of 'THOSE OF YOU WHO get your kicks footling about in the innards
of your computers [you] will be delighted' and 'get your checkbooks'
