[Open-graphics] Marketing interview

There's an interview with Sebastian Kügler up on Linux Tech Daily:

Sebastian is a member of the KDE e.v. board of directors, and he heads 
the KDE marketing working group. I met him in Nijmegen when I gave my 
Codeyard OGP talk last December.

Anyway, the interview has some interesting ideas that might work for us 
too, so have a look and keep those suggestions coming.
