I'm currently thinking about buying a acrylic PC case like ,
a micro ATX board, a small disk and a PSU. Put OGD1 into it
and get it ready for LT. Excluding the OGD1 that shouldn't
cost more than 500-600USD.
We could buy a few stuff together yes, but IMHO it doesn't make
sense to ship it back and forth europe and america, as the shipping
gets soon more expensive than just buying everything twice.
What i would like also to have is some roll up banners they usualy
have at exhibitions here. It would make a much more proffesional
impression than the posters we've now. But therefor we'd need
someone to design and have it printed, but i don't have the
time for it.

That sounds promising!
BTW: if you want, i could ask a few companies
around here who are specialized in prototype production what
it would cost to have the PCB produced. But i doubt that we
will be much cheaper than in the US.
The true CS students do not need to know how to program.
They learn how to abstract the process of programming to
the point of making programmers obsolete.
